-Description-
At 10:00 PM ET, on Saturday October 13th. GXS will be performing an important upgrade to our firewall cluster that will require a 30 minute interruption of service to our internet connection paths. Commercial VPN users connecting to GXS via the VPN tunnel and secure remote will not be affected.

-Impacted Services-
The following services will be affected:
(1) AS2 inbound/outbound connections, FTP inbound/outbound proxy connections; Web server.

-Time of scheduled outage-
The outage will take place on Saturday October 13th from 10:00 PM - 10:30 PM ET.

-Additional Information-
We apologize for any issues this causes you. Service will be restored to full operation as soon as possible.

TRANSNET- GXS plans a maintenance window every Saturday at 10pm ET to Sunday at 2am ET, but is not always observed. The Transnet service is hosted at GXS and the reserve this time to perform needed software and hardware maintenance against its various service components including Transnet. If MISG receives notice of an extended outage or an outage that will be more system wide, we will inform our clients by email a few days before the event.

TRANSLINK- GXS plans a maintenance window every Saturday at 10pm ET to Sunday at 2am ET, but is not always observed. The Translink service is hosted at GXS and they reserve this time to perform needed software and hardware maintenance against its various service components including Translink. If MISG receives notice of an extended outage or an outage that will be more system wide, we will inform our clients by email a few days before the event.
