MISG's Client Services team provides you with first and
second-level technical support through
e-mail, phone, fax and the Web to ensure seamless electronic communications
between you and your trading partners. Our staff provides professional
technical support for account setup, technical troubleshooting,
document tracking and retrieval, and establishment of new trading
partner relationships. This support is available to you without
limits or additional fees.
Account Setup
Whether you are new to EDI or simply switching from another
EDI network provider, our customer support team provides you with
the training, setup and support you need to begin transacting
electronic business documents as quickly as possible.
Our support
staff supplies you with the necessary logins, passwords and scripts
to access your account. In addition, test documents are sent to
you or a trading partner to ensure your account meets your specifications.
Upon completion of the setup process, contact any member of the Client Services
team for assistance. This unlimited service is provided to you at no cost. Our
hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Technical Troubleshooting
Our trained support staff understands our networks and
will work with you to identify the causes of technical issues and
resolve them quickly. In most cases, your problem will be resolved
during the first call. If the issue is more complex in nature,
we will work with you to develop a reasonable timeline for the
resolution.

Document Support and Training
MISG provides comprehensive document support services
to help you manage the exchange of documents between you and your
trading partners. MISG will retrieve and re-post
documents for you, depending on the
retention period of your account. Often an order can be cancelled
if it has not yet been received by your trading partner.
Our
Client Services staff will provide basic training on our EDI networks
and Web-enabled solutions. Training is available via phone and
Web conferencing.
