Inside Sales Executive

    Responsibilities
  • • Responsible for selling B2B e-commerce (EDI) and B2B outsourcing solutions to clients, prospective clients, and channel partners for the purpose of generating sales revenues and related contracts.
    • Responsible for achieving territory sales quota.
    • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision-making processes.
    • Attract clients via telephone meetings.
    • Remain current on industry trends and competitive knowledge.
    • Source opportunities for further account penetration within existing clients and channel partners.
    • Identify client expectations regarding deal terms and contractual processes.
    • Liaise with appropriate corporate resources regarding contract terms, statements of work, service level agreements, etc.
    Specific Requirements
  • • 3+ years of direct sales experience in information systems/business to business technologies.
    • Experience selling EDI and B2B e-commerce is required.
    • A proven, and verifiable, track record of lead generation and qualification, account penetration, growth and revenue recognition is required.

Software Developer

    Position Summary
  • ANXeBusiness Corp is seeking a Software Developer to join the core development team responsible for creating enterprise and web-based applications.
    Knowledge/Skills/Attributes
  • • 2-5 years of development experience in Java, Perl, and PHP.
    • Must have experience with object oriented design and programming (OOD/OOP) with experience developing web applications and have a good understanding of web technologies/concepts.
    • Understanding of software development, code principles, and applications.
    • Understanding of relational databases and SQL (MySQL preferred).
    • Linux experience required.
    • Knowledge of EDI is a plus.


Technical Support Representative

    Position Summary
  • ANXeBusiness Corp is seeking a technical support representative to provide end-user support for customers. The qualified candidate should have a background in technical help-desk support and customer service.
    Key Responsibilities
  • • Provide technical phone and e-mail support to customer base.
    • Provision new accounts.
    • Troubleshoot, solve problems quickly and effectively including customer FTP and dial-up connection issues.
    • Monitor and respond to system alerts.
    Specific Requirements
  • • Strong computer skills.
    • Knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems.
    • Knowledge of MS Office applications.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
    • Excellent communication skills including phone and email.
    • Ability to listen & learn from others.
    Skills/Experience
  • • 1+ year(s) tech support experience.
    • Knowledge of EDI, a programming language or scripting skills is a plus.
